The contractual information will be confirmed by email to the address provided by the customer at the time of the order. Lynaia reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a client in case of insolvency or in case of a dispute regarding payment for a previous order.

3. Prices

The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT), excluding delivery fees. Lynaia reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is recorded.

4. Payment

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order. You may pay by credit card, bank transfer, or any other payment method offered on the site. Secure online payment by credit card is processed by our payment service provider. 5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process. The risks are transferred to you from the date on which the ordered products leave our premises. In the event of damage during transport, a justified claim must be addressed to the carrier within three days after delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have a right of withdrawal of fourteen days from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

7. Guarantee

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. In case of non-conformity of a sold product, it may be returned to Lynaia, which will take it back, exchange it, or refund it.

Lynaia is solely responsible for the content of the pages it publishes. In cases of force majeure or events beyond its control, Lynaia cannot be held liable to its clients or third parties.
